Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Monday through Saturday). Once shipped, standard delivery takes 2–3 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days from the date of purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package status at any time.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Contact us at support@koalastar.com to initiate a return.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@koalastar.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
