What does Koala Star sell?

Koala Star sells space-themed toys, beginner telescopes, star projectors, STEM kits, playsets, and educational gifts.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship orders within the United States. Shipping options and any costs are shown at checkout before payment.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery normally takes 3-7 business days after processing, depending on the destination, carrier volume, weather, and holidays.

How can I track my order?

When tracking is available, the tracking number is sent to the email address used at checkout. You can also contact us with your order number for help.

Can I return an item?

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items should be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
