Shipping Policy

Koala Star is operated by Rogers TriStar Distribution LLC. This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on koalastar.com for space-themed toys, beginner telescopes, star projectors, STEM kits, playsets, and educational gifts.

Shipping Area

We currently ship orders within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery normally takes 3-7 business days after processing. Most orders arrive within 4-9 business days from the date of purchase, depending on destination, carrier volume, weather, holidays, and other conditions outside our control.

Shipping Cost

Standard U.S. shipping is free unless a different shipping method or charge is clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Carriers and Tracking

Orders may ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another reliable carrier. When tracking is available, we will send the tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@koalastar.com with your order number and delivery details. We will help review the shipment and work toward a reasonable resolution.
