Return and Refund Policy

Koala Star is operated by Rogers TriStar Distribution LLC. This Return and Refund Policy applies to orders placed on koalastar.com for space-themed toys, beginner telescopes, star projectors, STEM kits, playsets, and educational gifts.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for damaged items, defective items, wrong items, and change-of-mind returns when the item is unused, undamaged, in resellable condition, and returned with its original packaging and included accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Items may not be eligible for return if they are used, damaged after delivery, missing parts or packaging, customized, final sale, or returned outside the 30-day return window.

How to Start a Return

Email support@koalastar.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. For damaged, defective, or wrong items, please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will provide return instructions and cover return shipping when a return is required. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers typically take 5-10 business days to post the refund.

Exchanges and Replacements

When available, we may offer a replacement for damaged, defective, or wrong items. If a replacement is not available, we may issue a refund after reviewing the request.
